Addnode Group CEO and President Year-end Message

Addnode Group is the sum of all its employees and the companies in the group. During 2018, we have hired more people and we have welcomed five new companies: Landborgen, Cadassist, D2M3, SSA and Simuleon.

We are more than 1,600 employees in Addnode Group, all providing digital solutions comprised of software and services. For each year, we increase our international presence. We have offices in 17 countries in Europe, Australia, Canada, India, South Africa and US.

I want you all to feel proud that you made your best and helped make 2018 a record year for Addnode Group so far. We have never won so many deals, hired so many skilled people and earned as much money as in 2018. Being a growing company with a good financial position, makes it possible for us to continue investing in our employees, products, services and business models – both organically and through acquisitions.

Digitalisation is creating great opportunities for us all, and we are continuing our work for sustainable and profitable growth. The majority of the companies in Addnode Group have had good growth in 2018 and increased profits. The good thing about being part of a growing and profitable group is that those of you who struggled through the year will be able to do better in 2019. The first nine months of 2018 Addnode Group had net sales of SEK 2,102 million, a 21% growth, and we almost doubled our operating profit (EBITA).

Like so many company’s in the group, we at the mother company supports an organization every Christmas. This year we decided to support Human Rights Watch a nonprofit, nongovernmental human rights organization. Human Rights Watch meets with governments, the United Nations, regional groups like the African Union and the European Union, financial institutions, and corporations to press for changes in policy and practice that promote human rights and justice around the world.

Being the CEO and President of Addnode Group is a true privilege and I look forward to another great year with all of you. We are in the middle of December, an important business month for all of us to close the year in a good way and its still some busy days before the holidays. I would like to thank you and your teams for all your efforts during the year and I wish you a great Christmas, New Year and holidays.
